Those who complete the registration and payment before September 10, 2026 (including the day itself) will enjoy a discount, with the date of remittance as the standard. Members who register as a team, with four or more people from the same unit, can enjoy an 80% discount (only for the same unit, unified registration, and one-time payment of registration fees).

Student Delegate Scope: Full-time graduate students currently enrolled.

Registration Fee Includes: Conference fee, materials fee, and meal expenses during the conference. Accommodation and transportation costs are to be covered by the delegate.

Refund Policy

Applications for refunds made via E-mail to the conference organizing committee before September 20, 2026, will be refunded in full. Applications made before September 30, 2026, will be refunded after deducting a handling fee of RMB 200. Applications made on or after October 10, 2026, will not be refunded.

Invoice Collection: An electronic invoice for the registration fee will be issued after the conference and sent to the payer's email.
